U of M Pioneering Children's Surgeon and Stem Cell Researcher Dies at 42
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of a true friend and colleague. Dr. Leo Fung, chief of pediatric urology at the University of Minnesota Medical School, died Saturday, December 10 after a battle with cancer. "He was a magnificant surgeon who touched the lives of so many," said CMIS co-director Michael Maddaus, MD.
